Rear wheel back from the powder coaters mmmmmm
Stickers adorned
Just need to get the new rear tyre fitted.
More goodies arrived
Spark plugs, Goodridge brake lines, Brake disks
Lines fitted
Decided to take the shock out in the end.
Made getting the rear exhaust headers off easier anyway
Fitted the new disks to the front wheel.
Part 8 Lines
Took the old brake lines out and gave the swing arm and shock top a bit of a clean
New brake pads front and rear
Part 7 On A Roll Now.
A few more bits turned up.
Wheel stickers, Duzs fasteners, exhaust stickers, exhaust gaskets, brake pads.
Front paddock stand came, this enabled me to get the front wheel off
Take one lovely wheel and apply stickers
Sprayed up the exhaust
Getting there slowly.
More to come...
Part 6 Time to start
New levers turned up so on they went
Picked up some vinyl paint from Halfrauds, not an exact match to the blue of the seat fairing but then the seat never was in the first place, and the point of this tart up is exactly that a tart up not a nuts and bolts back to original.
More to come...
Part 5 Bits N Bobs
Got some matting for the garage
Nowt special but makes scrabbling round of the floor easier.
Take 1 rubble trug and fill with 10 litres of rust cure
Dip collector box and header pipes in
Then leave for 24 hours or so.
More to come...
